Does CloudFlow integrate with my ATS?

How does the AI scoring work?

CloudFlow extracts your must-have, should-have and nice-to-have criteria from the job spec, then assesses every CV against them. Each candidate receives a percentage match with per-requirement evidence quoted from their CV, a skills profile, and suggested interview questions targeting any gaps. Can I score candidates against requirements that aren't in the advert?

Yes. Alongside the advertised criteria, your team can add private or hidden requirements that candidates never see — for example the end-client's identity or exact location (so applicants can't bypass your agency and apply directly), salary limits, or other sensitive screening criteria. Every application is scored against the complete set, while the advert only shows what you choose to publish.

Is the AI a black box?

No. Every score is explainable: each requirement is marked met, partial or missing with supporting evidence from the CV. That gives your team and your clients a full audit trail for every hiring decision.
