Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use the CloudFlow website, live demo and content.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at cloudflowconnect.com (the "Site"), operated by CloudFlowConnect Limited, registered in Ireland (company number 789379) and based in Cork, Ireland ("CloudFlow", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, probing or testing vulnerabilities without permission, scraping at a volume that degrades service, introducing malware, or using the Site to send spam or unlawful content through our forms.

2. The live demo

The interactive demo on our homepage is provided for evaluation and illustration only. It runs in your browser, and its output is a simplified illustration of CloudFlow's capabilities. It is not the production service, and its scores and analyses must not be relied on for actual hiring decisions. You are responsible for any content you paste into the demo and must not paste personal data you have no right to use. See our Privacy Policy for how the demo handles data (job-spec and résumé analyses are processed transiently by our AI service and not stored). Demo use is rate-limited; attempting to circumvent those limits is a breach of these Terms.

3. Products and services

Descriptions of CloudFlow products, features, throughput figures and pricing on the Site (including the pricing calculator) are provided for general information. Calculator outputs are estimates only, exclude taxes and discounts, and do not constitute a binding offer. Any purchase of CloudFlow services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and CloudFlow.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the CloudFlow name, logo, slogan, text, graphics, design and software, are owned by or licensed to CloudFlow and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example analytics or CAPTCHA providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content (including demo output, statistics and pricing estimates) is accurate, complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Site are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory rights and jurisdiction, in which case those apply.
