CloudFlow Connect is a recruitment automation platform that integrates with ATS systems like Bullhorn for Salesforce to streamline application intake and data analysis.

2. Eligibility

Must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of a business or agency.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate details and safeguard their credentials.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to lawful use and to not disrupt or reverse-engineer our services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for data accuracy, candidate consent, and user access within your organization.

6. Data & Privacy

Subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR-compliant practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All CloudFlow branding and software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Fees

Fees apply per your agreement. Late payments may suspend access.

10. Termination

We or you may terminate at any time. Access to data may be revoked post-termination.

11. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or error-free usage.

12. Limitation of Liability

CloudFlow is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. Liability is capped to fees paid in the past 12 months.

13. Changes

Terms may be updated and published here. Continued use implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law

Irish law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to Irish court jurisdiction.
