3. Matching Logic
We apply a scoring system based on job requirements:
- Must-have → Up to 60%
- Should-have → Up to 30%
- Nice-to-have → Up to 10%
- Synonyms supported (e.g., “DevOps” = “Platform Engineer”)
- Location and availability also factored in
4. AI Match Report
Every applicant generates a detailed match report, including:
- Overall Match % Score
- Score explanation (reasoning)
- Extracted skills and highlights
- Compatibility graph
5. Ranking and Filtering
All applications are automatically sorted and filtered by match score so recruiters can focus on top candidates faster.
